Prologue - For over 30 years I have referred to my husband as my King. I choose to keep my reasons private. However, it was only recently, as we discussed our grandchildren, that my husband referred to me as a Queen -- not "his" Queen, "A" Queen. With a gentle smile and a wise nod, I replied... "Now you understand why you are my King...

Queen:
A Queen is born for a King. She is raised in preparation for such a union. She brings forth grace, dignity, loyalty and intellect. Her eyes are always on God. A King knows her love will protect him, for her love is his crown.

Her crown is his name - as her name returns to her father. Once a King has found his Queen, his heart is her's and her's alone.

Many may come bearing a crown, but only a true King will lay down his life to uplift his wife... QUEEN -
