My biggest pain is my greatest joy! How is it that daughters spend their entire lives figuring how to upstage their mother? From my perspective, they buck hard. They intentionally make life choices counter to every principle provided, yet spend the rest if their lives trying to prove they are in deed your daughters.

They interact with their mates as they have witnessed their mothers handle their fathers. They raise their children with the exact same values as they were raised with - while all along claiming that they have indeed reinvented the wheel!

So here's the punchline - they will always be our "little girls." And.... we get to see OUR mothers' legacy passed down to yet another generation. ❤

Tell her stories of HER greatness - not stories of knights in shining armor...

Tell her of her lineage... all the Great Queens before her -

Her regal line - her royal ancestors

Tell her stories of the female warriors that came before her to prepare her place -

Tell her how she owes them - for they are her female race

Tell her to honor her crown and keep it high for this is her power and many will try and take it

Tell her for every precious gem she may lose - her power fades

Tell her to choose her King wisely and not just with her heart - rather

Her legacy depends on her choices

Empower her - never give up on her

Encircle her with wisdom, patience and love ❤️
